British Airways' Kid-Smart Seats Right after launching the first fully flat bed for business travelers on long haul flights, British Airways introduced flat infant carry-cots. Now parents have a choice between these flat carry-cots (suitable for ages 0-6 months) or the infant-toddler seats (suitable for ages 0-2 years) which may be adjusted through a range of positions from horizontal to upright. Both types of infant seats, which may be securely affixed to the bulkheads, are bookable in advance on a first-come first-serve basis.
